Terms of Service

By using reigntc.com, dashboard.reigntc.com, or any related Reign TC service ("Services"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Reign TC LLC provides real estate transaction coordination services for licensed real estate agents and their clients in Nevada. We coordinate documents, deadlines, and communications between agents, lenders, title companies, escrow, inspectors, and clients. We are NOT a licensed real estate brokerage; we do not represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. Fees

Transaction coordination fees are agreed upon per-transaction in advance. Fees are typically billed at closing through escrow or directly via invoice. Fees are non-refundable once a file is opened, except as agreed in writing.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable real estate laws and contracts. Reign TC is not liable for delays, denials, or losses caused by inaccurate information, missing documents, or party non-responsiveness.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, designs, and branding, are owned by Reign TC LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Services without written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes. Real estate transactions involve risk; we coordinate, but we do not guarantee closing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reign TC's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim. Reign TC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reign TC harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Active transactions in progress remain bound by the per-file fee agreement. Reign TC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for cause (non-payment, fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, conducted under American Arbitration Association rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Effective Date" will be revised; material changes will be communicated via email to known contacts.
